Connor Mitts It has a comfortable mild dome like the CD2s. I think its a longer and more workable than firebirds but can still fill the utility overstable gap, especially when powered down a tad.

Connor Mitts Heres my attempt at the side profile pic. Moderate, consistent but comfortable dome across the top. I found they flying 30-50' further than my firebirds and just as far left. When I tried to power down and throw them as far as my firebirds they performed similarly. The FD3 can hold a spike hyzer longer too with that little more glide.

Morgan Kelly Connor you can make your phone focus on the disc by touching your screen first letting your finger touch the disc. It should make a box and force your camera to focus on the disc.

Connor Mitts Colin, I believe these will be full release, there are just 500 Fundraiser FD3s available as the first release. And thanks Morgan, I think I got it to focus a little better this time. Im better at throwing discs than taking pictures of them I think. Bonus newest run JL firebird for comparison (blue FB, orange FD3).

Morgan Kelly Connor another way is to put it on a table with a neutral wall as a background. I used to take macro close ups of 28mm pewter miniatures. Much harder than frisbees

Chris Beyer Thunderbird for me is very straight with glide and finishes left dependably but not dramatically. The FB really is useless in the open unless really windy - mids can get me the distance - FB is really only for cornering with skips, so mine stay pretty new looking.

Dan Varela I throw 2 thunderbirds and like all discs they all can be different do to plastic types, weights, colors. My over stable thunderbird is just like my fb however my lighter weight is much straighter.

Dan Varela Morgan the numbers are only one more glide and one less fade so it's not to much different. I was going off Connors comment about how he said it gets about 30 to 50 more then his fb. That's what my thunderbird does. I am hoping I can pull one of the thunderbirds a slide in a over stable more distance ...let's say fb on steroids like the fd3

Connor Mitts To give you an idea of my distance I was hitting 375 with FD3's. I find the PD to be the closest disc mania mold to a thunderbird as it'll carry out over 425' for me. The FD3's fade has some dump to it, whereas I've only seen that from color glow thunderbirds (if any thunderbird) on occasion. Snap, speed, and distance matter a lot when describing flights.

Tuossa olis vähän FB:stä kopioitua läpinää FD3:sta. Ryhmä on siis Discmania Collectors and Throwers Group.
Kiinnostava uutuus mutta lieneekö vieläkään Firen korvaaja. Menee testiin silti. Tuskin jaksan lähteä ostoryntäykseen yrittämään, vaan odottanen stock julkaisua todnäk.
